It never commits to prices, contracts or legal matters on your behalf. Conversations, knowledge, contacts and leads are stored in Indonesia.

How you're billed
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI conversations (a conversation the agent answered at least once). Conversations above the allowance are billed per conversation on your next invoice. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. WhatsApp template fees charged by Meta are passed through at cost.

Questions
Where is our data stored?
Conversations, knowledge, contacts and leads are stored in Indonesia. Only the text of each turn is sent to the AI model provider, which keeps no logs.
Will the agent promise prices or discounts?
No. Unless you allow it to quote prices from your own documents, the agent says your team will confirm pricing and offers a handoff.
